iOS 审核 被拒 及 解决

 

1、使用了安卓的图标。。。

2、审核的APP是绑定智能设备的App，需要在审核的时候给出演示视频的网络地址

3、上传的App使用了一些敏感词，如【中国移动】、【遵义】等

4、审核人员不知道怎么使用电商类的一款APP，这款APP需要和另外发布的一款APP配合使用，这里也是给出了演示视频的地址

5、【微信登录】被拒绝，原因是审核那边没有安装微信，点击微信登录的时候弹框提示了用户安装微信后才能使用微信登录。

6、显示论坛帖子、文章详情等页面时被拒——在详请页面加一个举报的接口就OK了

解决办法

 

在程序里面检查用户是否安装微信，如果没有安装微信就直接隐藏掉微信登录即可

 

 

只能设备 app 被拒绝 提示 需要给出演示视频，于是我拍摄了演示视频，上传到了优酷视频网站 并想app 审核机构 提供给了演示视频的地址

然后 过了几天审核通过了。

 

 

最近项目被拒，因为app中的某些设置 官方搞不清楚是做什么用的。

大概意思是搞不清楚此app中的一些功能什么的。看了之后 直接用中文回复就可以了。回复之后 再去点击提交审核。

• 解决办法：在帖子的详情页面添加举报的功能。貌似论坛模式的版块都要添加举报的功能，不然过不了审核

  就像简书这样在文章的详情页面设置一个举报的接口 就可以通过审核了

解决办法：

1.做相应的回复，说我们的App是免费的 xxx等等

2.由于我的App没有提供注册页面，但是却需要账号登录，所以也说明了 账号是由后端录入。如果还不行的话 可能就需要提供【注册页面】了，

当然这个【注册页面】可以搞个假的。。。

我们的App用户主要是针对中国贵州贵阳市蔡家关社区的部分用户。

-用户如何获得帐户？

用户的账户主要是由蔡家关社区负责创建，并通过短信，电话，邮件等方式告知。

-这个应用程序是在您自己的公司，在一个目标客户公司，或者在多个目标客户的公司内部分发？

此程序仅在我们自己的社区，即蔡家关社区使用。

-这个应用程序主要分布在哪些国家？

本应用仅分布中国贵州贵阳市蔡家关社区。

-如果这个应用程序是内部发行的，那么内部和外部合作伙伴都能访问该应用程序吗？还是内部员工的专属？

本应用程序仅提供给内部人员使用。但是用户量很小。

然而再次被拒。。。。并没有什么暖用。。。

傻逼了！！！

当遇到这种情况被拒绝的时候，直接回复就可以了，注意！！！不用重新提交审核，保持该状态就可以了！

我这一次还重新在备注里面添加了 后台注册账户的演示视频。

但是我还是重新提交了。。。。如果还被拒绝的话，我就直接回复一次。。。如果还被拒绝的话mmp，我就弄个注册页面吧。但愿通过了。已经被拒绝两次了。

解决办法：因为我上封邮件给他们回的时候写成了“我们的APP是一款公司内部业务员提成核算的APP”，因为“内部”两个字，他们认定是企业内部应用程序，没办法继续解释。

很抱歉我们APP的一些操作给您的审核带来了不便，对您提出的问题解释如下： 我们之间的理解可能有些误会。 我们只为业务员提供一个平台，其中业务员的范围不仅仅是我们公司内部人员，可能是路人甲也可能是路人乙。我们提供平台，是为了方便业务员的管理。对于注册用户，我们将审查服务器来决定是否开放该用户的所有功能，而不限于公司内部使用。所以企业项目不适合我们。
