public interface Filter

A Filter can be used to provide fine grain control over what is logged, beyond the control provided by log levels. Filter能够提供要记录的日志级别控制以外更细致的控制。

Each Logger and each Handler can have a filter associated with it. The Logger or Handler will call the isLoggable method to check if a given LogRecord should be published. If isLoggable returns false, the LogRecord will be discarded. 每一个Logger和Handler都有一个关联的过滤器。Logger或Handler可以调用 isLoggable方法来检查指定的LogRecord是否已发布。如果isLoggable返回false， 则丢弃LogRecord。
