Work chores--(一)

作者毕业于山东科技大学,初在济南工作一年后独自前往上海发展。在上海,他从租房开始,经过几周的努力,最终获得了两家公司的录用通知,并选择了外资企业的工作。

        How time flies!  I have graduated more than 3 years now and been working in Shanghai about 2 years.

        Actually I come from Shandong Province and graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology during the 2009.  After graduation, I worked for the small private company in Ji'nan,Shandong Province. This is my formal job during my career field and I am glad to have  a good start.  During this one year, I have learned how to analyse and solve the problems dependently. As we all know, there are many opportunities in the first-tier city such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and so on regarding to the rapid development of the computer field. So I decided to go to the big city to try again. Maybe I were curious about the cities of the south, So I chose Shanghai as my goal.

      Once I have this idea, I started to prepare the materials and anything else. On September 4,2009, I took the train from Ji'nan and It took me about 12 hours to reach the destination-Shanghai during the Septermber 5,2009. I never forget the first day I came to Shanghai. The first thing I did when I arrived was to go to the China Mobile Shanghai Branch for a new phone number. Then I went to the internet bar for searching the House Rental Information. There are many house rental information from different areas. However, I were not familiar with the areas in Shanghai. So I chose the Xinzhuang from the Minhang area as my first foothold because of the cheaper house rental information and found one house about five square meters in Kangcheng district. The rental is 300 Yuan every month. The next step is to start looking for work. In my memory, I sent more and more resumes.Actually my duty is to search the position,delivery my resume,attend the interview if received the interview message.  Every day I would have two or three interview with the companies. It's too tired because I need to go to the company from one area to another one. Sometimes I didn't have the time for eating.Final hard work pays off for the past three weeks. I received two offer from companies,one is the private company ,another one is the foreign-funded enterprises.  Of course,the latter is my choice.
