•     Why it matters?

—It’s the way to get the information that you need.

 —It’s also the way to share/tell what you know.

• Extensively speaking, communication is everything.

GOOD COMMUNICATION

• -It’s critical when development a production.
  -It saves your time a lot. ….etc.
  -In reality, different people have the diff. ways to communicate, and you need find your best way.

• Teamwork is important.
  —One person is small, but put all together, then strong.
  —Software development doesn’t need hero.
  —You are not alone, you have teammates.

My definition of the team:

A team is a place to share
