Features: Earth, Moon, Venus and Mars, Jupiter, SDSS(Nothing less than the universe - the sky with stars and galaxies)
Database:
- Blue Marble Next Generation (1 km per pixel resolution)
- Landsat (15 m per pixel resolution)
- USGS (1-Meter detail images of most of the United States and Urban Area images of most of the major U.S. cities down to detail of .25 Meters) A list of available cities can be found at USGS Urban Areas.
- ZoomIt which includes additional areas of high resolution imagery, such as New Zealand
Terrain Data: SRTM + The data was acquired during the Feb 2000 flight of Space Shuttle Endeavour, using a short-wave radar device.
Combining LandSat 7 imagery with Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) Data, World Wind lets you experience Earth terrain in visually rich 3D.

---- How to use it?

left mouse, right mouse, middle rolling wheel, spacebar(get back to looking straight down)
Click NLT Landsat button for globle and zoom in farther, to about 1000 meters. Now click the "USGS Digital Ortho" button, you can see your house and car, Aah, is that interest?
