1、Write operations are not allowed in read-only mode (FlushMode.MANUAL): Turn your Session into FlushMode.COMMIT/AUTO or remove 'readOnly' marker from transaction definition.

在出现异常的地方加入：getHibernateTemplate().setFlushMode(HibernateTemplate.FLUSH_EAGER);

解决方法：将getHibernateTemplate().saveOrUpdate(entity);改为getHibernateTemplate().merge(entity);

解决方法：在obj中存在date类型的数据，将date类型的数据u.setCreatetime(new Date(u.getCreatetime().getTime()));

4、 org.springframework.dao.DataIntegrityViolationException: could not insert:

问题原因：数据库中表有些非空字段没有给值
解决办法：在插入时，将表中要求的非空字段全部赋值后再插入
