In this Document Symptoms   Cause   Solution   References APPLIES TO: Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.4 [Release 10.2] Information in this document applies to any platform. ***Checked for relevance on 25-May-2013*** SYMPTOMS ORA-600 [ksuinfos_modact1] is seen in RDBMS 10.2.0.4, with call stack similar to below: ksuinfos_modact kzctxsap CAUSE This is due to unpublished Bug 5843975 which is fixed in 10.2.0.5. SOLUTION If hitting ORA-600 [ksuinfos_modact1] in 10.2.0.4, please consider any of below alternative solution/workaround: Apply 10.2.0.5 - OR - Apply patch 5843975 (password protected) for 10.2.0.4 - OR - Use the potential workaround of changing all profiles to have unlimited idle time. Note that if you are getting ORA-600 [ksuinfos_modact1] in RDBMS versions later than 10.2.0.5, a different problem is hit. 可以看到，BUG号为5843975，需要升级到10.2.0.5或者应用补丁，但是该补丁有所限制，需要单独的密码下载， 最后还有个最简单的方法，将概要文件中idle time，设置为unlimited，看了我的环境，部分idle time设置为Default，改成无限制，问题解决
