.net2008签名时出错 SignTool Error: Signtool requires CAPICOM

今天突然就不能发布了,看来下面的报错,已经猜到是CAPICOM.dll的问题,但想到之前为什么不报错呢?(我至今还是不知道),网上找了有久,大部分都是其他的签名错误.实在没办法只好下一个CAPICOM.dll,结果,行了.真让人不明白
