RSS订阅原创 该文件一错误的编码加载：“UTF-8”
理论上UTF-8能识别中文，没懂问题出在哪里。然后想到VS里边的unicode就是用的UTF-8编码，而MFC中的CString是多字节的，需要在设置里边切换，否则输出又是乱码。在查看txt文件时，出现标题错误，具体是文件中文乱码，改成GB18030编码格式或GBK解决。
