随着我国对教育投资的加大及各高校校园网的投入使用,为校园一卡通系统的建立提供了网络基础,智能IC卡应用系统的日臻成熟也为校园一卡通系统的建立提供了技术保障,在校内实现一卡通系统已成为校园管理发展的必然趋势。所谓校园一卡通即在校园内,凡需用现金、票证或需要识别身份等的场合均采用卡来完成。这种管理模式代替了传统的消费管理模式学校的管理带来了高效、方便与安全。它的实现既能规范学校管理,提高工作效率, 又能方便学生生活,形成真正意义的社会金融。
论文主要围绕校园卡管理系统的设计与实现展开研究,遵循软件工程设计流程,在需求分析的基础上,明确了校园卡管理系统的各项功能。利用spring、 mybatis等技术,设计实现了一个基于B/S模式的校园卡管理系统,可完成公告信息管理
、校园卡管理、校园卡充值管理、消费信息管理、校园卡挂失管理、校园卡解挂管理、校园卡注销管理、留言板管理等功能,并对该校园卡管理系统的各个功能模块进行测试。所设计的用户操作界面布局合理、交互友好,提升了校园卡管理效率,并可以更好 地为领导层准确及时地提供数据,助力发展。

ABSTRACT
With the increasing investment in education in China and the use of campus networks in colleges and universities, the establishment of campus all-in-one card system has provided a network foundation, and the maturing of intelligent IC card application system has also provided technical support for the establishment of campus all-in-one card system. The realization of all-in-one card system on campus has become an inevitable trend in the development of campus management. The so-called campus all-in-one card refers to the card used in all occasions where cash, tickets or identification is required. This management mode replaces the traditional consumption management mode, which brings high efficiency, convenience and safety. Its realization can not only standardize school management, improve work efficiency, but also facilitate students' life, forming a real sense of social finance.
The thesis mainly focuses on the design and implementation of the campus card management system, follows the software engineering design process, and clarifies the functions of the campus card management system on the basis of demand analysis. Using spring, mybatis and other technologies, a campus card management system based on B/S mode is designed and implemented, which can complete the management of announcement information, campus card management, campus card recharge management, consumption information management, campus card loss reporting management, campus card disconnection management, campus card cancellation management, message board management and other functions, and test each functional module of the campus card management system. The designed user interface has a reasonable layout and friendly interaction, which improves the efficiency of campus card management, and can better provide the leadership with accurate and timely data to help development.
