摘 要
生活垃圾分类可以极大的提高资源的利用率,改善人类赖以生存的环境。因此实施垃圾分类对我们意义重大。然而垃圾的种类过于繁杂,当下我国处 在实施垃圾分类的早期阶段,很多居民不能准确地进行垃圾分类。近年来,随着深度学习技术的不断发展与进步,计算机垃圾识别系统取得了巨大的突破。垃圾分类回收能够有效避免资源浪费和环境污染问题,逐渐成为全球资源循环利用和经济可持续发展的一种重要手段。垃圾因其回收价值高、数量多,从而作为一种重要的可回收资源被广泛关注。本文针对垃圾分类识别问题展开研究,基于目前主流的目标识别算法实现了垃圾的有效识别与分类,并针对本文方法实现了相应的原型系统。
基于微信小程序的垃圾识别系统利用IDEA和微信开发者工具作为系统的开发工具,用MySQL数据库作为后端数据库进行数据的存储,从界面简洁、实用的要求出发,实现了一个具有语音 文字 图片识别垃圾的智能化小程序,后端基于springboot mybatis作为前端小程序的支撑系统。本文基于百度API识别回收的数据采集与标注、网络模型择优、原型系统搭建三个方面的研究,实验结果和平台验证证明本文工作能够有效实现瓶罐的自动化识别方法和原型平台,为垃圾分类提供了一套较为完整的解决方案,具有良好的应用前景和使用价值。

Abstract
Domestic waste classification can greatly improve the utilization rate of resources and improve the environment on which human beings live. Therefore, the implementation of garbage classification is of great significance to us. However, the types of garbage are too complicated. At present, China is in the early stage of implementing garbage classification, and many residents can not accurately classify garbage. In recent years, with the continuous development and progress of deep learning technology, the computer garbage identification system has made a great breakthrough. Garbage classification and recycling can effectively avoid resource waste and environmental pollution, and gradually become an important means of global resource recycling and economic sustainable development. Garbage is widely concerned as an important recyclable resource because of its high recycling value and large quantity. In this paper, the problem of garbage classification and recognition is studied. Based on the current mainstream target recognition algorithm, the effective recognition and classification of garbage is realized, and the corresponding prototype system is realized.
The garbage recognition system based on wechat applet uses idea and wechat developer tools as the development tools of the system, and MySQL database as the back-end database for data storage. From the requirements of simple and practical interface, an intelligent applet with voice, text and picture recognition is realized. The back-end is based on springboot mybatis as the support system of the front-end applet. This paper is based on the research of data collection and labeling, network model selection and prototype system construction of Baidu API identification and recycling. The experimental results and platform verification prove that the work of this paper can effectively realize the automatic identification method and prototype platform of bottles and cans, and provide a relatively complete solution for garbage classification, which has a good application prospect and value.
