解决pytorch安装retrying问题

使用的pytorch安装代码：

conda install pytorch1.10.0 torchvision0.11.0 torchaudio==0.10.0 cudatoolkit=11.3 -c pytorch -c conda-forge

修改为：

conda install pytorch1.10.0 torchvision0.11.0 torchaudio==0.10.0 cudatoolkit=11.3 -c pytorch -c nvidia

就是换了一个通道

结果成功了
