安装vueCli时报错的处理

• node版本16.14.2

输入npm install -g @vue/cli 报如下错误。

无视这么多警告后，查看脚手架版本，直接报错

以为node版本太高，切换成v14.17.1版本，仍然报错。

然后搜了下，作如下操作，成功

set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

PS C:\Users\Administrator> set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned
