在.properties文件中经常会有中文出现，默认的properties文件不支持中文格式的。需要进行转换

文件名是 test.properties

name=小小小
age=100 
url=91.upiuixan.comd.fdf.com

直接 使用 ResourceBundle.getBundle方法
