Mac 使用‘pip3 install numpy xx’安装完后无法使用时

安装完后提示：

  WARNING: The scripts f2py, f2py3 and f2py3.7 are installed in '/Users/mac/Library/Python/3.7/bin' which is not on PATH.
  Consider adding this directory to PATH or, if you prefer to suppress this warning, use --no-warn-script-location.

• open /Users/mac/Library/Python/3.7/bin  复制上面描述的三个文件 f2py, f2py3 and f2py3.7

• open /usr/local/bin/ 将刚刚复制的三个文件粘贴到这个路径下

• numpy库能正常使用了
