MAVEN配置文件模板下载及本地仓库配置（5分钟解决）

1.下载maven包，版本自己选
https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.maven/maven-core

 2.本地解压后，找到conf下的settings.xml并打开，找到如下位置，在里面添加仓库位置-可以备份下

 代码复制改下地址即可
