解决方法：

进入安装盘 server目录，把

libXp-1.0.0-8.1.el5.i386.rpm

openmotif-devel-2.3.0-0.3.el5.i386.rpm

libXp-devel-1.0.0-8.1.el5.i386.rpm

openmotif-2.3.0-0.3.el5.i386.rpm

这4个安装包安装，先装 libXP,再装openmotif
