h5py is running against HDF5 1.10.5 when it was built against 1.10.4

之前成功跑过的代码现在跑，出现了报错，如题目

记录解决方法，卸载并重新安装

pip uninstall h5py
pip install h5py

在使用pip时，遇到一个问题，

ERROR: After October 2020 you may experience errors when installing or updating packages. This is because pip will change the way that it resolves dependency conflicts.

We recommend you use --use-feature=2020-resolver to test your packages with the new resolver before it becomes the default.

google-auth 1.21.2 requires setuptools>=40.3.0, but you'll have setuptools 40.2.0 which is incompatible.
tensorboard 2.3.0 requires setuptools>=41.0.0, but you'll have setuptools 40.2.0 which is incompatible.

解决方法如命令行中所提示的，安装命令后面加上

--use-feature=2020-resolver

即可实现正常安装
