Spring applicationContext.xml解决未声明约束

在applicationContext.xml中，开启注解配置和组件扫描时都会报声明约束的错误

修改applicationContext.xml文件中的代码

       xmlns:context="http://www.springframework.org/schema/tool"

       http://www.springframework.org/schema/tool/spring-tool.xsd">

修改为

       xmlns:aop="http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop"

       http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop

此时发现不报错
