Today is my first day to write daily notes，i always write notes by hands on the ipad since i broke up。because record technology documents，suddenly some thinking comes in my mind that i can write notes here，which is more convenience and clean。Seriously to say，whatever someting happened or not，now i learnd receive the result with a frank heart and know a truth that is if all the thing that has gone，which not you own。all the thing that i wanna，which must make me confused。all the things from all of the world can be used by me，but it not belongs to me。the most useful principles are usually simple，the man will become brave if he or she doesn't has desire。

The only thing that i can do is forbid bad habits and change myself better and do a meaningful life。at last，quote one poetry by chairman Mao‘s，Confidently believing that man can live up to two hundred years old and so can swim an accumulated length of three thousand miles。
