解决！MAC 安装homebrew出错：Failed to connect to raw.githubusercontent.com port 443问题)

MAC安装brew通用办法（以前）

/usr/bin/ruby -e “$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)”

结果执行报错
Failed to connect to raw.githubusercontent.com port 443: Connection refused

网上找了好久，得知 raw.githubusercontent.com 被封了，打不开，故使用配置Host的办法拉取出网页源码。
