安装Jlink 时，IAR的工具包也可以顺带安装。

最新版是jlink V640 没有包含老的jflash模板文件

jlink V4.9包含了 STM32F103RC.jflash 模板文件

烧录步骤(没有源码)：

打开jflash open project=》 从安装目录中选 【安装目录】=》【ST】=》【STM32F103RC.jflash】

具体可以根据自己的CPU来选择。

再打开HEX 二进制文件，再烧录进去[F5]， => start application[F9]

若 没有选择jflash 模板(不知道CPU信息) ，CPU信息选择【auto 】 可能 提示找不到CPU
