操作方法

划重点:所谓的“护眼模式”,其实就是减少屏幕蓝光,从而减少对眼睛的伤害。短波蓝光射进眼底历经聚焦点后,聚焦落在视网膜与晶状体中间,这就扩大了光源在眼内聚焦点的偏色间距,进而产生模糊不清。因此,长期的短波蓝光射进会加重偏色和視覺模糊不清度,造成眼周全身肌肉紧张焦虑,加剧眼周血夜供货承担,产生視覺疲惫。因而,人们便必须降低蓝光的摄取,因此,如今的电子产品大多数具备了护眼模式。护眼模式广泛是根据屏蔽掉蓝光,调节屏幕亮度来超过。例如根据提升淡黄色调,用手机软件优化算法降低蓝光,进而促使rgb颜色色彩中的红色光、绿光足以大量地结合,产生人们常用的显示屏黄光。

设置方法一:

1、利用快捷组合键【Windows+R】打开运行命令框

2、弹出【运行】输入框,输入【regedit】,然后点击【确定】

3、依次打开:【计算机】-【HKEY CURRENT USER】-【Control Panel】,最后双击【Colors】文件夹

4、在右侧找到【Windows】,右键点击它弹出框选择【修改】

5、将数值数据改为【202 234 206】,然后点击【确定】

6、重启电脑,设置生效

设置方法二:

1、右键点击空白桌面,然后点击【显示设置】

2、先点击【显示】,然后点击【夜间模式设置】

3、先拖动颜色色温滑块,选择适合自己的颜色,然后点击【立即启动】
