摘要：

In this paper, a simulation technology of microcomputer is applied. Un der the WINDOWS operation system with Visual Basic developing environment and DL L drivers of data acquisition, a simulation software system of marine power is b uilt. By many marine colleges/schools and seaman's training centers, this softwa re system was used in training courses of marine engineers learn the skill of pr ofessional works of marine electrical technology. There are many characteristics with the system, such as human machine interface friendly, sense of reality, fa st running speed, good stability and reliability. The system is used for perform ing the STCW 78/95 convention (which is made by IMO) by many marine companies.
