摘要：

当今网络发展迅速，网络规模逐渐增加，人民生活对网络的需求进一步加大，为了更好的为人民提高网络质量服务，给人民一个更清晰更快捷的安全网络需要对网络质量进行不断的优化调整。从实际需求出发，语音质量测试系统应运而生，通过日常海量的测试，大量的数据处理，找出网络中存在的问题盲点、难点，进行有效及时的问题处理。语音质量测试系统主要的好处就是能及时发现网络问题，节省大量物力人力，为广大人民提供更安全稳定的网络环境。

本文第一章主要对系统的建设背景、目标以及相关标准进行介绍。第二章是本系统的需求分析。主要包括用户需求分析、无线环境分析、系统风险分析。第三章主要介绍系统的主要功能及特点。第四章对通信相关理论知识以及系统设计相关专业技术知识进行介绍。第五章主要对测试系统的实现过程，包括前台测试系统以及后台分析系统进行介绍。并结合系统实际应用情况介绍该系统的突出贡献。第六章主要阐述该系统的经济效益，以及在实际生产中的运用。

随着网络质量测试系统的不断更新完善，网络质量将得到很大的提高，同时节约其他相关费用，提高网络安全，保障人民生活水平。

Abstract：

The network is developing rapidly, the network gradually increases in size, the lives of the people to the network demand increased further, in order to better serve the people improve the network quality of service, to give people a clearer and more efficient network security of network quality of continuous optimization and adjustment. Starting from the actual demand, voice quality test system emerge as the times require daily mass, through testing, a large number of data processing, find out the existing problems in network blind spots, difficult, effectively timely treatment. Voice quality test system mainly benefits that can discover network problems, save a lot of human resources, for the vast number of people to provide more security and stability in the network environment.
