Main result of this paper is following: {\bf Theorem.}{\it Let $L$ be relatively free $s$-generated prime algebra of signature $\Omega$, then $\GK(L)=sn-m+t$. } Here $n+1$ is minimal order of Capelly identities system satisfied by $L$, $G$ is automorphism group of $\widehat{L}\otimes C(L)^{alg.cl}$ over Martindale centralizer $C(L)$, $m$ is dimension of $G$ as algebraic variety, $t$ is maximal trancendentence degree of intersection of centroids of relatively free algebras of different sets of variables.
