一、环境准备(Windows平台)
1.https://www.consul.io/downloads.html
下载对应平台的consul

2.启动consul服务端
./consul.exe agent -server -bind=127.0.0.1 -client=0.0.0.0 -bootstrap-expect=1 -data-dir=/e/data/application/consul_data/ -node=server1 -ui

3.访问http://127.0.0.1:8500/ui

二、Spring Cloud使用Consul来发现与注册服务
