Abstract：Online teaching platform has become an important part of modern education. With the advent of online teaching platform, the requirements for online teaching platform are increased. Html5 technology is the latest Web standards, and has a strong Web performance. Flex technology is currently the most widely used RIA technology. In this paper, an online teaching RIA platform built with Html5 and Flex technologies is proposed. Through web video, audio, whiteboard, camera pictures, web graphics ,virtual experiments and other network technologies online teaching becomes rich and vivid, and the user experience has been greatly improved.
