摘要

企业要提升快速反应的能力，必须建立以信息集中、流程整合、实施控制为核心特点的快速反应体系，有效整合资源，强化基础管理。ERP软件可以帮助企业实现这些目标，但要成功地实施ERP就必须根据企业的个性化需求对ERP软件进行二次开发。

本文主要目的是通过研究金蝶软件背景熟悉金蝶软件功能继而进行二次开发。文章首先介绍了ERP软件的发展过程、现状及趋势，并简要介绍了金蝶概况；接下来对金蝶ERP软件的配置环境及安装过程进行了描述，并说明了在安装和调试过中所遇到的一些问题及解决方法。最后阐述了金蝶ERP软件在采购管理方面的具体功能实现及针对其供应链部分的二次开发，指出了开发中所遇到的问题， 加深了对金蝶二次开发的认识。
