Google Drive error code 14001

启动Gdrive时提示错误14001，一句话原因是，系统缺失VC++功能库的相关补丁。

补丁名字“Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015”。

我的系统是2008 server R2的所以下在2008 sp1补丁包。

安装VS2015需要是SP1版，下载SP1补丁，win2008和win7是同一补丁，相对应版本选择windows6.1(IAX64是给安腾处理器的不用下)
