How to let FIR open a URL when you click an image

本文介绍如何配置FIR作为广告栏使用时，让访客点击图片可以跳转到指定网页的方法。需要进入“编辑图片轮播选项”页面，并将“外部通信”部分的“从显示链接”设置为“true”。之后点击图片会导向XML列表文件中图片信息字段填写的URL。此功能在2.1.1版本已修复。

When we use FIR as a ad bar, we want FIR can take the visitor to specific web page when visitor click the image. Here it’s the solution for this reqirement.

please enter the "Edit ImageRotator options" page

and set "Link From Display: " under "External Commnunication:" section as "true".

After that, when you click the image, it will take you to the URL filled in <info> field in image XML list file.

I found the "Link From Display" setting does not work in version 2.1 and before, I have fixed this bug and uploaded the 2.1.1 version to snowcovered. you can download it directly in snowcovered if you buy this module before.
