过程如下：

1, 在eclipse新建一个java web 项目，名字为shortrent。

2, 从struts2官网下载strtus2-all.zip包，并解压。从 webapps中有struts2-blank项目的lib中拷入到shortrent项目的webContent的WEB-INF下的lib文件夹下。

3,修改web.xml 把相应的url映射到struts2去处理，

4, 在src源码目录下新建一个struts.xml的配置文件

5, 编写helloword.jsp

6, 编写index.jsp

7, 编写HelloWorld.java

8, 运行如图：
