关于团队管理的一些有益的做法

本文介绍了一种团队管理模式,包括每日领导层碰头会、每周领导办公时间、员工大会、季度离站会议、每月读书会及报告、双周通讯、年度全员大会及独特的座位安排等措施,旨在提高团队沟通效率。

这是我们team的一些管理方式:

1. Tribal Leadership Muster: Daily, when come to work, leaders sit on the bridge to talk about things to follow up today.

2. Leadership office hour: weekly, all leaders work in a meeting room together, and open for other teams to come here to seak for help or support.

3. Staff meeting: weekly.

4. Leadership Offsite: Quarterly, for team strategy update.

5. Book Club: Monthly, read a management book per month, and group discuss share the experience.

6. MBR: monthly report.

7. Monthly News Letter or bi-weekly team news letter.

8. All Hands meeting: Yearly.


9. Seabee Formation: a sitting plan or the desk that arrange in a room, for people to communicate more easier.
