其实这次图并没有很大的参考性，因为我们Beta版本的模式变成了模块化处理，我把任务分给每个人，以天数为单位，然后每个人把自己的任务写成work items 导入tfs里面，由于当daily scrum第一天有的导入的多，有的人导入的少，加上一些特殊情况，或者对代码分配任务的不是很合理，导致了，任务估计时间不是很准确。

但是第一天大家都很努力，虽说完事开头难，但是看见大家的态度也比较认真，虽说项目推动的不是很多，没有太大关系

我们期待第二天大家的出色表现。
