插件maven-enforcer-plugin的用途：

是在Maven中定义一些配置，这些配置需要这个项目的所有人员去按要求配置去开发，比如配置：Maven版本、Java版本、Scala版本。

解决方法：

1.查看pulgin 中指定的所有版本，然后修改Properties中的版本与你编译环境版本一致。Spark1.5要求JDK7+；
