2.The start option of win7 ‘s missing

1 sudo update-grub

 3.Install Adobe Flash Player

1 sudo apt-get install pepperflashplugin-nonfree
2 sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install 
3 sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --status
