1. System -> Administration -> Synaptic Package Manager, Settings -> Repositories, make sure Restricted copyright are selected. Then reload the sources. 
 
2. sudo apt-get install nvidia-glx-177
 
3. sudo nvidia-xconfig
 
4. Restart, then enable Visual Effects Nomal.
