When I first using the Fresh Gnome 3, I am confused, not adjusting it.
But surely , it's effect is wonderful.
The problem I encountered is : when using tab in gnomeTerminal , the entire screen flash, Then I change to flash the window title.
You can change it in the following steps:
System Settings -> System(Universal Access)->Hearing (tab)->Visual Alerts
Of course you can turn off the effect or Flash the window title or Flash then entire screen.
