mac 安装thrift

按照thrift的官方安装教程有一点小问题，Bison版本的问题等：

Install Boost,下载boost.org，解压，进入解压包目录：

./bootstrap.sh
sudo ./b2 threading=multi address-model=64 variant=release stage install

Install libevent,下载libevent，解压，进入解压目录：

./configure --prefix=/usr/local 
make
sudo make install

Building Apache Thrift 下载Apache Thrift,解压，进入解压目录：

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/ --with-boost=/usr/local --with-libevent=/usr/local
执行完这条命令之后如果之前没有更新过Bison的话会有错误提示，需要升级到某版本以上(configure: error: Bison version 2.5 or higher must be installed on the system!)，则：

brew install Bison
brew link Bison --force

接下来就可以继续：
make
sudo make install
