方法一：最常用的方式：

public static void main(String[] args)throws Exception{
		InputStream is=new FileInputStream("D://jd-gui.cfg");
		byte[] b=new byte[200];
		int length=0;
		while(-1!=(length=is.read(b,0,100)))
		{
			String str=new String(b,0,length);
			System.out.println(str);
		}
		is.close();
}

方法二：将字节流转为字符流：

public static void readTxtFile(String filePath){
        try {
                String encoding="GBK";
                File file=new File(filePath);
                if(file.isFile() && file.exists()){ //判断文件是否存在
                    InputStreamReader read = new InputStreamReader(
                    new FileInputStream(file),encoding);//考虑到编码格式
                    BufferedReader bufferedReader = new BufferedReader(read);
                    String lineTxt = null;
                    while((lineTxt = bufferedReader.readLine()) != null){
                        System.out.println(lineTxt);
                    }
                    read.close();
        }else{
            System.out.println("找不到指定的文件");
        }
        } catch (Exception e) {
