1/ install MV_IPTel_setup2.0.2
2/ 96xx 16xx ipphone unzip the firmware to "C:\Program Files\Avaya\MV_IPTel\data" -- “HTTPdata”
3/ 46xx ipphone unzip the firmware to "C:\Program Files\Avaya\MV_IPTel\data" --"TFTFdata"
3/  “ Install MV_IPTel”.
4/ start MV_IPTel 
5/ connect the PC to switch
6/ connect the ipphone to switch
7/ push the phone "Hold(Mute)+add+#" configure the phone , the "file server " is the PC's IP address.
8/ wait the update
9/ push the phone "Hold(Mute)+view+#" can see the phone.s firmware

10/"Hold(Mute)+reset+#" can init the phone.
