Bing Ads is the ad based monetization platform for Bing. The Bing Ads Applications UI team is the development team responsible for developing UI for millions of Advertisers who want to advertise on Bing-Yahoo network. We are the face of Bing Ads through which Advertisers bring billions of dollars to Microsoft. We reach customers globally and continue to expand our reach at a rapid speed.

Bing Ads Applications UI team also owns Bing Ads wide shared authentication, authorization, sign-in, signup, payment, billing, and support. We have dozen plus partners around the globe who depend upon our infrastructure to run their service. That makes the bar even higher for our service reliability and availability. What we are building requires best in class features, scale, reliability, flexibility, security, international reach and world class infrastructure. The challenges are to engineer Advertiser, agency and reseller experiences that are efficient, flexible and easy to use, thereby making it easy for them to spend more money with Bing Ads.

Roles & Responsibilities:

We take great pride in our product and empower individual developers to own the experience and component from design to production. As one of the key developers on the Bing Ads UI team, you will own multiple UI components, partner with PM and UX designers to design great experience, implement, test, deploy, stabilize, and monitor features in a fast paced development environment. You will have international exposure and see your work being used by people around the globe. You will work on the infrastructure to build and manage service at global scale. You will work with a highly motivated team solving large problems and have huge and immediate business impact, and incredible opportunities to learn and grow.

Ideal candidate will have:

- BS/MS in CS or related field.

- 3+ years of software design and development experiences.

- Track record of delivering features on schedule with high quality.

- Excellent problem solving skills.

- Passionate about user experience and user facing features.

- Solid experiences with C++,C# or java, OO designs and familiar with design patterns.

- Solid Experiences with both Web UI server technologies and client technologies: ASP.NET MVC or other - modern Web UI Server technologies, JSON, Html/Html5, JavaScript, CSS.

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience and skills in running large scale web applications or services

- Ability to understand unfamiliar code bases, and debug server-side, multi-threaded, and highly scalable applications

- Experiences with Single Page Application technologies are highly desired: RESTful web services, JQuery, knockout.js/backbone.js/angular.js, require.js and etc
