outlook recall function note

"recall" function may not work if it was sending to the internet. Since this function will

depend on customer's email server.

 

Recall message" function is not available in web e-mail.

 

Recall function cannot function on the blackberry. If the recipient has blackberry, the mail

will still deliver to blackberry.

Whether an email can be recalled depends also upon the email system of the recipient.
- If their email system does not support or has restricted recall, then you cannot recall

your emails.

- Also, if the email has already been read, has been deleted, has been moved away from the Inbox, then you cannot recall your emails.

 

Since the message is sent from the Mail server, it will just notice you the message is recalled success or not.  If the message is successful to recall the message will deleted on the server automatically.  If the message is fail to recall the message will keep in the client inbox.
