l       Irini has been a member of SJJ for more than three years. He was started as a trainee in Front Desk at his first year in hotel. As a person who just graduated from school, irini showed us his passion on working daily. He was always desired to learn more and be positive to coordinate with others. Irini does like clean and neat working place, so that he always tidy up work station when he was on duty every times. He also has a very good attitude, especially with the guest and colleagues and he could efficiently and accurately accomplish every assignment and he does received better comments from the guest and colleagues as well.
l        With the great efforts he made. Irini was promoted as a GSA Captain in July of 2006, according to his hard working and personal capacity. He took this position in reasonable. Because of his excellent performance and great service skill. Though he achieved his first target, but the fire in the bottom of his heart was still hot enough. So he always demanded himself as a “supervisor” to taken more responsibility than anyone else.
l       Once the opportunity of Career Builder Program show up, Irini decided to join in the competition of the candidates without any doubt. With the encourage of his colleagues and superior. Finally, he goes into the Career Builder Program. So we believed that Irini would have a great light in the future.
l       September of 2007, Irini was nominated as the best employee. This was the affirmation and high appraisal for his hard working. We are sure that he will improve himself in the New Year and make great progress.  


The presentation for Ms. Kitty Zheng

l       Kitty has been a member of SJJ for more than five years. At her first years in hotel, she was a receptionist, but she’s learning capacity was very strong and positive. She has a very good service consciousness which shows she would has a very light future. And she could efficiently and accurately accomplish every assignment and both make great relationship with guests and colleagues. She’s smile was very warmly and can make guest feel happy.
l       In year of 2003, Kitty was promoted as a GSA Captain, because of she’s good performance and excellent working skill. Kitty married in year of 2004, this marked her happy life appeared. She worked very hard even she has pregnant. Due to her body was influenced of the gestation, she has only can work in the Back Office, but she also shows her very excellent capacity of the internal arrangement. Under her Back Office organizing, we have go through the high season smoothly. In the year of 2005, Kitty’s baby was born. That is very lovely girl, and kitty loved her very much. But Kitty doesn’t devote herself for the family , she was still taking her responsibility in the daily job. So that she wins the respect and confidence from the guests and colleagues.
l       In October of 2006, Kitty got another promotion as the Front Desk Supervisor. She has accumulated a lot of good experience when she was the GSA Captain. She followed the instruction from the management and taken good care of her staffs both. Kitty loves her job so much.
l       August of 2007, Kitty was nominated as the best employee. This reward was the inspiration for her efforts to the work. We are believed that Kitty will exert herself to achieved the new target in the New Year of 2008.


The presentation for Miss. Dirike Chen

l       Dirike has been a member of SJJ for more than two years. At her first year in hotel, she was a trainee in Front Desk, but she has a fully passion to learn all the skills, both be positive to coordinate with her captain and supervisor. She could efficiently and accurately accomplish every assignment and make a good relationship with guests and colleagues both. Therefore, she often received good comments from the guest as well.
l       In December of 2007, Dirike was promoted as a GSA Captain due to her excellent performance and good professional service skill. She has accumulated enough good experience when she was a receptionist. She was responsible and proficient to adapt the role change. And also she was good at to teach the new staffs. Several new staffs became independently after her coach. So that she win the respect and confidence from the guests and colleagues.
l       Dirike has good appearance and nice face. She was recommended as the advertisement actor for the hotel promotion of Valentine’s Day. This advertisement will be played in local TV channel. This hotel advertisement has attracted more couples to spend their sweetie days in our hotel. She did great job and help to win more business.
