   模板的实现和定义要放在一个文件里

2. 'LockTypeEnum' : 'enum' type redefinition

   参考http://forums.devx.com/showthread.php?83918-error-C2011-LockTypeEnum-enum-type-redefinition

   在stdafx.h中找到

   #include "afxdb.h"

   #include "afxdao.h"

   注释掉即可。

3. 'WSASocket' : undeclared identifier

   #include <winsock2.h>

   如果向导生成了#include <afxsock.h>，用<winsock2.h>替换掉。

   注:在project的setting里的link信息中，还需加入ws2_32.lib，否则会出现unresolved external symbol __imp__WSAStartup@8的错误

4. error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "protected: static class

   没有初始化static成员，初始化即可。

5. error C2440: 'initializing' : cannot convert from 'class A' to 'class A'

   No copy constructor available for class

   当有STL或者MFC集合类（如CArray、CMap等）成员时，需要编写拷贝构造函数（防止浅拷贝）。
