Reset the administrator user password for dc controller

1. Change Directory Services Administrator password if necessary
   Use the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor, Bootdisk / CD
   [url]http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/bootdisk.html[/url]
   to reset the password for the DSA

2. Run the change-admin-passwd.cmd script (see the comments in
   that script for more details
