因为Exchange2010的OWA登录出现了点问题，后来想通过重建OWA虚拟目录来解决时，不知道怎么弄的，Exchange Management Console（EMC）和Exchange Management Shell打开时均有报错:

我的解决：

1、停止并开启IIS应用程序池中的MSExchangePowerShellApp

2、步骤1不行时，检查该Pool的Identity

我这里通过将MSExchangePowerShellApp的Identity由"ApplicationPoolIdentity"改为“LocalSystem”后（如上图），EMC和EMS可以正常打开了
