杨云红：现任北京大学光华管理学院金融学教授，博士生导师 ，主要研究领域为

资产定价、投资分析和风险管理，论文发表在Journal of Banking and Finance、

Journal of Mathematical Economics、 Journal of Business & Economic

Statistics 、《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《金融研究》等重要学术刊物上，著作有

《金融经济学》，《高级金融理论》，现担任Journal of Banking and Finance、

Journal of Mathematical Economics、《经济研究》、 《金融研究》、《金融学

季刊》等杂志审稿人，主持和参与多项国家自然科学基金项目以及多家交易所合

作研究项目 ，曾先后获北京大学安泰奖教金、北京大学宝钢奖教金和中国工商银

行经济学优秀学者奖。

王亚平：现任北京大学光华管理学院副教授 ，博士生导师，主要研究领域为资产

定价和实证金融 ，论文发表在Journal of Banking and Finance、Journal of

Optimization Theory and Applications、Journal of Accounting and Public

Policy、《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《金融研究》、《会计研究》等学术刊物上。

一、项目培养目标

Program objective 1 Introducing frontier theories of finance, economics, and management; helping

students establish the ability to apply theoretical knowledge and solve real world financial problems.

Specific objectives include

- Obtaining systematic understanding of finance, economics, and management theories;

- Mastering quantitative analysis skills;

- Applying theoretical knowledge in class to real problems.
