CAD／CAE技术在注射模设计中的应用

摘要：介绍了计算机辅助设计(CAl))技术在注射模具没计中的应用，采用计算机辅助T程((：AE)软件进行注塑成型分

析。通过实例，阐述了应用cAD／【：AE软件进行注射模设计的流程和利用Pro／E软件进行注射模具设计的具体方法，以及

运用Moldflow软件进行填充，冷却等分析，得到合理的注射工艺参数，优化了模具结构。采用CAD／cAE技术可以缩短产

品的开发周期，提高设计质量。
