Add 'GB18030' to gedit

As we all known, we just can see the wrong types when we open some Chinese files, whose coding is GB18030. GB18030 is the coding of Chinese characters in Chinese national standard.

• Add GB18030 to gedit

# install dconf-tools
$ sudo apt-get install dconf-tools

# launch dconf-tools
$ dconf-editor

Then ,

org  -> gnome -> gedit -> priferences -> encodings

type 'GB18030' in the blank of *auto-detected*

done!
